The main focus of "Design Thinking" is to develop and refine skills to understand and address rapid changes in users’ environments and behaviors. The world has become increasingly interconnected and complex since cognitive scientist and Nobel Prize laureate Herbert A. Simon first mentioned design thinking in his 1969 book, The Sciences of the Artificial, and then contributed many ideas to its principles.
Professionals from a variety of fields, including architecture and engineering, subsequently advanced this highly creative process to address human needs in the modern age.
Twenty-first-century organizations from a wide range of industries find design thinking a valuable means to problem-solve for the users of their products and services.
Design teams use design thinking to tackle unknown problems and trigger amazing solutions, because they can reframe these in human-centric ways and focus on what’s most important for citizens.
A positive attitude. People who believe they control their own destiny — rather than giving in to external concepts such as fate, luck, or circumstance — are more likely to take charge of their future.
Reasonable goals. Measurable, achievable goals are an important component of self-empowerment. If you want to run a marathon, start with smaller, increasing distances rather than trying to run 26.2 miles on day one.
Positive people. Bad thinking is contagious — and so are pessimism and negativity. Surrounding yourself with like-minded, motivated people can help you feel empowered to achieve your goals.
Self-talk. To live a self-empowered life, focus on what you can do as opposed to what you can’t.

The concept is often synonymous to consciousness and is also understood as being consciousness itself.
The focus is to return to the First Cause connection. “IT” is rooted in a foundational approach, an awareness of your resources and senses. Internal Transformation by way of understanding your Internal Technology. Awareness of information from the past and the inspiration to redefine the future. Redefining the future happens in the present moment - right here and right now. Combining the information with the inspiration produces instruction for today - purposeful action. The journey to wellness, the journey to growth, the journey to expressing and elevating your oneness. The wellness lifestyle agenda, a healthy mind in a healthy body…
