Awaken the Warrior was developed from years of training, instruction and participation in physical activities. The discovery was: at the core or foundation of all the activities the focus & movement was the same - warming up the body, stretching beyond the familiar / comfort zone and quieting the mind.

The sequence is a head to toe routine which allows an individual to work at their own range of motion and level. It is a foundational strength- based approach which provides the individual the opportunity to increase their strength and flexibility. Ultimately the individual will discover new possibilities and produce a transformation as they transition to something greater..
